CityLIVE Radio is an online based radio station, that launched in November 2019, broadcasting a mixture of live and automated programming to our audiences in the United Kingdom, United States of America and Canada.
CityLIVE Radio is licensed to play 'mainstream music', from the sixties to the present chart releases as the artists intended it to be heard - in full and uncensored. We also play exclusive mixes produced by our in-house talent.
Our playlist includes music that maybe censored or even banned on some mainstream radio stations. We choose to play this music as explained in our 'Case Study' section.
We work with fresh new talent, giving them the opportunity to progress a career in radio by providing in-house training from presenting to producing a show.
At present a majority of programming is automated, with twenty hours of live programming broadcast at weekends.
Our programming is aimed at the countries we broadcast to and is not regionalised. Programming also excludes hourly news and weather reports.
The voices you hear are thankfully not in your head, but the ones who broadcast quality shows to you sexy people.
Les Adam provides three-hours of music and chat with his BIG Saturday Night Party. In addition to his Saturday night partying, Les also presents two shows on a Sunday evening, That 60's Sound and That 70's Sound.
Matt Bland and Rebecca Hall reunite on the airwaves after five years apart. They kick start your weekend with two shows, starting on Friday night when Matt brings you the Friday Mixtape, playing hits from the 70s to the present. Then Matt joins Rebecca on Saturday afternoons for Becca and Matt's Weekender, bringing you two-hours of chat and music to get you ready for the BIG Saturday Night Party.
Our advertisements are localised depending on the location of our listeners. For example, listeners in the US will hear advertisements for their country.
CityLIVE Radio plays two minutes of advertisements every thirty minutes. If you wish to place an advertisement with our station, you can talk to our sales team using the 'Contact Us' form.
HOW TO COMPLAIN
Live programming and playing uncensored music can have its risks. Although our programming is aimed at audiences aged 15 and over, along with warnings issued on our website and live streams regarding unsuitable content, we know not everything we play is not to everyone's taste and at times complaints can arise as a result.
As we are an internet based radio station, we are not governed by OFCOM, therefore watershed rules do not apply to us, however, it doesn't mean we don't practice responsibility as a broadcaster.
If you wish to comment about a programme or track you've heard, whether its a complaint or praise, then please get in touch via our 'Contact Us' form.
